Return Policy-
Due to affordable nature of our products return is applicable only if the product is damaged/ missing. Please write us to sandookfashion@gmail.com for returns with your order id and supported images & unboxing video.
Once a product is accepted for return, we will ship the damaged/missing product again.
We require an full unboxing video with no cuts and editing of the package opening. The video should include the opening of the mailing envelope to the defect being showcased clearly.
All our products undergo multiple levels of quality checks and sent. In case of quality not meeting your expectation, no money refund will be given.
Also, size and color displayed can differ due to lighting effect you can also enquire for the original pic from Sandook. No refund will be eligible for minor size or color difference
Exchange Policy-
Did not like the product you had shopped? Changed your mind after receiving your order? No Worries. We respect the fact that many a times you buy a fashion product but change your mind later and decide not to wear it. We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever. We value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use. And hence, we offer a very simple 3 step return policy to our customers. A coupon code equivalent to the returned product value will be shared for your future purchase. Below are the 3 steps for returning your product.
1. Inform: You need to share the name and image of the product via email sandookfashion@gmail.com within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. We will then approve your return request and then the next step follows.
2. Return: Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer or else if we will arrange the pickup we will be charging Rs 100 for the pickup charges. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.
3. Refund: The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy.
